The Viento restaurant, formerly owned by Kathy & Stu Watson, was purchased by Mandy Ross in 2008 and re-styled into The Viento Burger & Steak Bar. While continuing to focus on the bounty of fresh, local and seasonal ingredients of the Gorge and Pacific Northwest, the menu is now focused on down-home American food - burgers, steaks, fries, soups and salads.
